We offer sample pieces of SO and rice free of charge, excluding shipping costs. For sample requests exceeding one meter,
a fee will apply, billed as Cash on Delivery. Expect shipment within 1-2 days, ensuring a swift and seamless experience.
3. What are your delivery timelines?
Our delivery schedule is tailored to your specific items and order quantities, typically ranging from an efficient 15 to 30 days.
4.What payment terms and methods are available?
We accept payments through T/T, among other methods. Terms are open for negotiation, allowing customers to pay a deposit
upon sample approval, with the remaining balance settled in full prior to shipment, ensuring peace of mind and flexibility.
5. How do you maintain quality assurance?
Our dedicated and experienced Quality Control (QC) team diligently oversees all stages, from meticulous material procurement
to the final phases of dyeing and packaging. You are welcome to inspect the goods personally or appoint a third-party to conduct an on-site review, assuring utmost quality.
