2. How can I obtain samples?
We offer complimentary samples of our SO and rice collections without any shipping fees. However, for sample requests exceeding one meter,
a fee will be applied (COD). These samples will be dispatched rapidly within 1-2 days to ensure efficiency.
3. What are your delivery timelines?
Our bulk delivery timelines are tailored to the specifics of your order, with an estimated delivery window of 15-30 days depending on item details and quantities.
4.What are your payment terms and methods?
We facilitate payments through T/T and other convenient methods. Specific terms are open for discussion. Typically, our terms include a deposit percentage after sample approval,
with the balance being settled in full prior to shipment. Flexible payment options such as Cash on Delivery are also available.
5. How do you ensure product quality?
Our seasoned and meticulous Quality Control (QC) team rigorously oversees quality management at every phase, from material sourcing to
the dyeing process and final packaging. We welcome you to personally inspect the goods, or alternatively, arrange a third-party on-site inspection for your assurance.
