2. How do you provide samples?
We offer exquisite samples of SO and rice complimentary, with no shipping fees. For requests exceeding one meter, sample fees apply,
charged conveniently as COD. Your samples will be dispatched swiftly within 1-2 days.
3. What are your delivery times?
Our delivery timeline for bulk orders is tailored to your specific items and quantities, typically ranging from 15-30 days for completion.
4.What about your payment terms and methods?
We gracefully accept payment via T/T and others, with detailed terms open for negotiation. For Cash on Delivery, a deposit percentage is
required post sample approval, and the remaining balance is due in full upon shipment.
5. How do you ensure quality?
Our seasoned and meticulous QC team oversees rigorous quality checks at every stage, from procurement to
dyeing and final packaging. You're invited to personally inspect the goods or engage a trusted third-party on-site.
